Details & Information
Registrations
If you do not have a Unionville Alliance Church Planning Center account, you will be prompted to create one. This will allow you to view your camp registrations. You will be able to register more than one child at a time. However, if you would like to register your child(ren) for different camps, you will be required to do so separately.
Early Bird Pricing
Early Bird Pricing ends March 31st, 2026.
Aftercare
We provide aftercare if you are unable to pick up your child when a day of camp ends. Aftercare is $10/day, and covers 3 PM to 4 PM. Please note that if you leave your child in our care for an extended period at the end of the day, you may be charged for aftercare even if you did not register for it.
Financial Assistance/Sponsorship
We want to help your child go to camp! Although we keep our camp fees as affordable as possible, we understand that it may not be enough. Each year, Unionville Alliance Church sponsors children who are in challenging financial circumstances to ensure they can have a memorable summer camp experience too. If this is you, please email childrenscamps@uachome.org.
Each case is confidentially assessed according to the needs and we will work with each family who applies.
Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration:
- Prior to April 15, 2026, all refunds are subject to a $30 per person, per week admin fee.
- From April 16 - June 15, 2026, you will receive a 50% refund
- After June 16, 2026, there will be no refunds issued
