UAC’s Ministry to seniors, Young @ Heart, is ready for 2012. Beginning with Saturday February 25 until July 7, 2012, you’ll find four different events that you’re sure you won’t want to miss out on. The next ECD Women’s Ministries sponsored event will be the Ladies’ Day Apart.
This is a one day event which will again be held at Quinte Alliance Church in Belleville.

The Ladies’ Day Apart will be held on Saturday April 28, 2012, from 9:30am – 2:30pm.
The speakers will be Dr. Donna Edwards, Bev Albrecht and Kim Bui.

There is a special hotel offer at the Travelodge Hotel through the ECDWM if you’d like to make this a weekend get-away.

There is an early registration fee of $35, which includes lunch, if you register before April 1, 2012. Registration after April 1st will be $45.

A series of Sunday evening Ecumenical Lenten services with speaker, Rev. Joe Boot of the Ezra Institute for Contemporary Christianity will be held at 7 PM as follows:

The Christian and Missionary Alliance has a passion for developing leaders for the local church. One of the ways the Alliance is doing this is through an initiative called “Foundations for Ministry.”

Courses offered through Foundations are designed to equip the people of God for ministry and leadership.

A “Foundations for Ministry” course is being offered this spring, April 20-21, at Bayview Glen Church. Dr. Ron Brown will be teaching “Mission and Evangelism: Context of 21st Century Mission.

Ride 2012 is a practical way to stand up for the marginalized and neglected in this country’s inner cities. Funds are being raised for three projects in the inner cities of Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.
